Photo/Video Release Forms

Release Forms
All miners being photographed or videoed for publication, web use, recording, broadcasting, or live streaming need a signed release from a parent or legal guardian before the content can be used, broadcast, or streamed. It's best to have a release from adults as well although for Informational Use you do not necessarily have to have one.
